Whats this course for?
This course is for those who would like to further enhance their life support skills. The duration of this course is initially four hours and is valid for six months after which a four hour revalidation must be taken, thereafter the certificate is valid for one year.

Who is this for?
Anyone interested in or responsible for Life Support should someone collapse

Prerequisites:
none, must be able to participate in practical activities

Syllabus:
this qualification establishes an excellent level of skill in life support for casualties of all ages. It covers diagnosis and management of non breathing casualties, choking, bleeding and shock

Is there an exam:
Yes externally assessed

Valid for:
24 months

This course is designed to allow bikers, other road users or members of the public understand the importance of dealing with an incident on the road correctly and safely.
